I have logged a call on Friday already... Tomorrow is Friday again... No technician has been there to fix my problem. When I phone them they say a technician will call me back. No one has phoned me after 6 calls made tot them today.no

This must be one of the companies with the worst customer service ever. We have been trying to get fibre in our complex for months. Now that the infrastructure is in, they just cannot get it connected. Rather go with another service provider.

Waiting for a techinician to contact me for a week. Not even isp can get them to contact me. I have contacted them myself, twice today already. After promises of a call back within a few minutes, after 6 hours still nothing.

No fiber since 12 Jan 2024. No feedback no updates and more than 24 hours later still no internet. It is the second time in less than a month that this happened. The last time we were down for 3 days without any feedback or update.

Disappointed

On the 8th September 2023, our home burned down. It is 3 months now my service is still not restored. I've paid my account with Telkom every month, religiously. Today I was at the Telkom office and they told me that my service was installed on the 10 Nov, but nothing. I'm very disappointed and not a happy customer Sadnotnit

Damaged cable

Connected no internet access

I was on a trial run and the netwrk went down while on the trial.I called for help all i got was we'll look into it and fix.The trial run ended i was asked to pay and i did still had the same problem i called for three days STILL GOT THE SAME ANSWER WE'RE LOOKING INTO IT AND WE'LL FIX there's no follow up or communication about customer's problems.I wouldn't recommend this pathetic company.

Terrible service and Lack of feedback

Our line was cut while Octotel installed new lines. No internet for days and Frogfoot is no where to be seen. Numerous calls made and numerous e-mails sent. Worst service ever!

Good day a few weeks ago Frogfoot came to our block of flats to install Fibre cable for the future.

By then we thought why dont we get wifi, so we applied. They said on mail it will take 7 to 10 days for installation and then we will have fibre.

When Vox came by Saturday the 10th of September to do installing , he noted that the fibre cables is broken and he cannot do anything.

Weeks we are still waiting, the people who installed the fibre cables in the beginning is dead and no one is replying on any mail or telephonically.

Thanks alot , you are going to loose another client.

How difficult is it to get the same people in contact, to fix the problem.

i want an answer.
